For frying:
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat for
frying.
fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
Use a slotted spoon to remove fried Aloo Tikki and drain
excess oil on butter paper or tissue
For baking: Place Aloo Tikki on a baking sheet and bake at
375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway until they're golden brown
and crispy.
