Heat cooking oil in frying pan over medium heat until it's hot and sizzling

Fry one side for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Flip the kababs and fry the other side for another 4-5 minutes until it's also golden brown and fully cooked.

Remove the cooked chapli kababs with a slotted spoon, allowing excess oil to drain.

Serve hot with optional garnishes like sliced onions, green chilies, and lemon wedges.
