- Heat oil in a pan/deep fryer (at 170 °C).
- Fry the butterfly shrimps in batches for 3 to 4 minutes until the color turns golden brown.
- Place butterfly shrimps on tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
- Serve delicious Monsalwa butterfly shrimps with a sauce of your choice.
